How long does delivery take ?
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2 business days.

How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped on the next business day after it has been processed.

Is shipping free ?
Yes, shipping is completely free for all orders.

Do you offer international delivery ?
We only offer delivery within France.

Can I track my order ?
Yes, to access your account, click on the login icon at the top right on desktop and at the bottom of the menu on mobile.
Use the email address you provided during your order to access your account.
With each login, a unique password will be sent to you via email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your package through the courier's online tracking system.

Can I cancel or modify my order ?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order as long as pre-orders are still open, and for regular orders,
you have up to 24 hours after the order to make a cancellation or modification 
by contacting us at alupto@alupto.com.

What is your return policy ?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Make sure your items are returned in their original condition, unworn, with the tags attached to the product(s), and in their original packaging.

Are returns free ?
Yes, no additional fees will be charged, and you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

In the case of a dispute :

In case of a dispute between the Customer and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably

(the Customer shall submit a written complaint to the professional or, if applicable, to the Customer Relations Department of the professional).

In the event of no amicable agreement or if the professional fails to respond within a reasonable period of one (1) month,

the Customer, as a consumer within the meaning of Article L.133-4 of the Consumer Code,
has the option to freely contact the competent mediator listed on the list of mediators established by
the Evaluation and Control Commission for Consumer Mediation in accordance with Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code.
